We’ve received reports from fathers across the Hunter, Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas who faced sudden AVOs, false claims, or Family Court actions after their ex-partners received legal advice.

The goal is to identify systemic issues and build evidence for a potential class action.
