Across New South Wales, countless fathers are being pushed out of their children's lives through malicious prosecutions, weaponised Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs), and unfair treatment by police. These actions often originate from false or exaggerated claims used strategically in Family Court battles, leaving good fathers cut off, discredited, and emotionally destroyed.

At Justice Warriors Australia, we are taking a stand.

We are currently collecting Expressions of Interest from fathers in NSW who:

  • Have had AVOs or charges issued against them based on historic or unsubstantiated allegations

  • Believe those charges were used by an ex-partner to manipulate Family Court outcomes

  • Reported being a victim of domestic violence to NSW Police, only to be dismissed or ignored

  • Had charges or AVOs withdrawn, dismissed, or found to lack evidence

  • Are suffering ongoing harm — including loss of child contact, reputational damage, emotional trauma, or financial loss — as a result of these proceedings

Why Are We Collecting This?

Because one man speaking out is brave. But many speaking out together? That’s unstoppable.

We’re building the foundation for a potential class action lawsuit against the State of New South Wales for malicious prosecution and systemic failures within the NSW Police Force. At the same time, we are preparing detailed ministerial submissions to bring these injustices directly to the desks of those in power.
