Federal E-Petition for F.C.I.S

We don’t just talk about justice—we fight for it.

This isn’t just another petition.

It’s a chance to change the future of how family law works in Australia.

After years of advocacy, survivor voices, professional insights, and raw lived experience, the Federal Government has officially approved our petition to create the Family Court Investigative Service (FCIS).

This is not about replacing the Family Court.
It’s about strengthening it.

The FCIS would work alongside the Court to:

  • Investigate allegations of abuse, alienation, or false claims before families are torn apart.

  • Enforce court orders in real time, so that decisions actually protect children when it matters most.

  • Regulate report writers and experts through national accountability and accreditation.

  • Provide trauma-informed advocacy for children, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.

  • Support truth-based outcomes, reducing delays, manipulation, and years of unnecessary conflict.

This is about making the system faster, safer, and more accountable — for children, for parents, and for the professionals who do their best inside an overloaded framework.

Why Your Voice Matters

Every day, families wait too long for answers.
Every day, children lose time with the people who love them most.
Every day, the cracks in the system grow wider.

But for the first time, we have a pathway forward. The Government is listening — but only if enough people speak.

The petition is now live on the official Australian Parliament website.
Signatures collected there will be tabled in Parliament and referred directly to the relevant Minister.

Deadline: 19 September 2025
📢 Your signature counts.
