Kilo 4 Delta: The Foundation is being established to support lawful, ethical, evidence-based reform in the family court system, with a clear focus on children, families, and accountability.

We are now inviting Expressions of Interest from people who want to help build this Foundation from the ground up.

These are founding roles. You won’t be stepping into something finished, you’ll be helping shape it.

Director of Momentum 

(Board Director | Volunteer – Founding Role)

This role is for someone who knows how to turn purpose into movement.

You are someone who:

• Sees how ideas become action

• Understands people, momentum, and systems

• Helps things actually happen

What you’ll help lead

• Strategic growth and sustainability

• Partnerships, sponsorships, and supporter pathways

• Operational planning and execution

• Turning advocacy into structured action

Without momentum, good intentions stall.
You help ensure the Foundation has the energy, structure, and reach to grow.

Director of Integrity

(Board Director | Volunteer – Founding Role)

This role is about integrity, clarity, and keeping the Foundation grounded.

You are someone who:

• Values transparency and accountability

• Is organised, thoughtful, and dependable

• Understands that trust is built through good governance

What you’ll help lead

• Board records, resolutions, and compliance

• Meeting coordination and documentation

• Governance processes and policies

• Ensuring the Foundation does what it says it will do

Trust is the foundation of reform.
You help protect the credibility of everything we build.

Director of Stewardship

(Board Director | Volunteer – Founding Role)

This role is about care, responsibility, and long-term viability.

You are someone who:

• Treats finances as a trust, not a tool

• Understands sustainability and transparency

• Wants to help something meaningful endure

You will contribute to

• Financial oversight and reporting

• Budgeting and sustainability planning

• Ensuring funds are used ethically and lawfully

Why this role matters
If the foundation can’t stand financially, nothing else matters.

Contribution & Support Roles

These roles are for people who want to contribute meaningfully without board responsibility.

Communications & Community Coordinator

Help shape how the Foundation speaks and connects.

• Social media and communications support

• Community engagement

• Campaign coordination and messaging

Research & Policy Contributor

Help ensure advocacy is grounded in facts, not emotion.

• Research and evidence gathering

• Policy analysis

• Supporting submissions and briefings

Operations & Systems Support

Help keep things organised and running smoothly.

• Internal process assistance
